The CGMA 3D Academy offers enrollees a chance to learn the art of creating compelling computer generated content; for the Game, Feature Animation, and Visual Effects industries. For the newly initiated, this will involve establishing a solid foundation of core design principles as they relate, to 3D computer graphics. In some cases, this will entail taking courses from our 2D Academy. Examples included:
The CGMA 3D Academy competes with no other school at this point. Once a student has reached this level, their skills will be applied to specializing in a given area of their choice, and begin working on production centric project towards there show reel.

The CGMA Workshops are a fun and intuitive way to sample the variety of subjects and interest that ultimate go into CGMA's 2D and 3D academies. Each series of workshops is designed to be easily digestible chunks of practical tips and techniques for creating advance compositions for Gaming, Feature Animation, and Feature Film (VFX) productions.
All of our Workshop instructors currently work in the industry, and only provide information they have found to be useful in their displine, while on the job (and in many cases under a tight deadline). Because of this, each workshop can be experienced as an intimate one-on-one affair between you and the artist. Since a lot of our Workshop instructors are also instructors at CGMA's 2D and 2D academies, anyone who experiences a workshop by any such instructor, will ultimately have running head start going into their master class. To allow the general viewing public and opportunity to get to the artist behind the art.
In a one-of-its-kind endeavor, CGMA Interviews have become the platform where industry artist can share their voice, inspiration, and experiences in the field. With our Interview With the Masters series, viewers can ask all those important questions, that aren't easily covered during a lecture format. Couple with this our Master Class open house style interviews, and potential students to CGMA 2D and 3D academies , can get a feel for what to expect while taking a course with a particular instructor. And because these sessions are informal and open to everyone, the conversations that usually flow from them, are as engaging as they are informative.
