Liza Rhea

Liza Rhea is currently a Senior CG Environment Artist at LAIKA. Prior to this she worked at Walt Disney Animation Studios and has helped create worlds for films such as Ralph Breaks the Internet, Frozen 2, Raya and the Last Dragon and Encanto. Liza also directed a short circuit film for Disney titled "The No.2 to Kettering" which is currently streaming on Disney Plus.

Born and raised in Northampton, England, she studied theatre design at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) and went on to get an MFA degree at the UCLA Animation Workshop before working for studios such as Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Disney and LAIKA.
